Spicy 9 Benefit Night Guidelines

 

We’re ecstatic to announce that we are now able to host events such as Benefit Nights and Fundraisers!  Please email manager@spicynine.com to inquire and reserve your organization’s event 

  • Reservations: We can reserve events Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Please provide a description of your organization, the purpose of your event, and an estimated number of people when making your inquiry.

  • Procedure: Your organization provides its own receipt box – be creative! attention-grabbing! use signs if you want! - and we will place it at the front of the restaurant in a visible location for the entire day. Your members (or anybody) places their receipt in the box. The funds raised will be based on only the receipts in the box and on receipts for the reserved day.

  • Donation Amount: We will donate to your organization 15% of every pre-tax and pre-tip receipt/check amount that your members/friends put into your organization’s box. 

    • (Please, receipts/checks ONLY in your boxes.  We will not count the credit card signature slips, and we will not count double receipts.  The faster that we are able to organize, the faster we can get a check to you!)

    • We are typically able to get out a check by the end of the following week

  • Advertising: it is up to your organization to advertise!  Please make sure to let your members and/or everyone on earth know about your event to maximize donations.  If you post on Instagram and tag us @spicy9sushi, we’d also be happy to share your post.
